Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Product Designer. The Product Designer will be responsible for crafting innovative and user-centered designs that align with business and user needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, developing product design solutions, creating visually engaging designs, and applying design-thinking methodologies to solve complex problems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute product design strategies will also be central to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Visual Design and crafting visually appealing interfaces
• Strong understanding of Product Design principles and Design Thinking methodologies
• Experience conducting User Research and UX Research to inform design decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; relevant experience is also highly valued
