The Role:
Were looking for a Product Designer, who loves hands-on work and driving success for our clientsSomeone with the right skills who fully embraces our culture of continuous improvement along with a founders mindset, and a strong focus on problem-solving

You will own and improve:
ExecutionHave a strong sense of design principles and a high level of visual fidelity across deliverablesDesign DeliveryHigh-quality work on multiple projects ensuring it meets Parallels standardsProduct DiscoveryWork on product discovery through various methods like interviews, workshops, etcto derive insights, objectives, and constraints around a product to frame problems for the teamDesign ProcessesBring a method to the madness by taking a process-oriented approach to problem-solvingInnovationHelp the team constantly raise the bar with better and newer ways of approaching designWe are looking for:2+ years of experience in Product DesignProven track record of shipping high-quality web and mobile experiences

Experience designing consumer, B2B, or SaaS applications (we prioritize the quality of your work and the impact of your outcomes over the specific number of years of experience you have)
Experience working on cross-disciplinary teams, closely collaborating with designers, developers, and clients alikeExperience creating simple, aesthetically pleasing prototypes in a fast-paced environment using rapid prototypingExcellent written communication skills are great at receiving and delivering constructive criticism and work well in an agile teamA Place for MakersIf youre a builder at heart, this is the place for youWe tackle high-impact, high-stakes design challenges that shape industriesNo fluff, no endless meetings just fast-paced experimentation, real problem-solving, and pushing boundaries
