Product Designer

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in(Product Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design Business Administration, Operation Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Practical Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development& designing digital.

Optional: ISO, Six sigma and Process and Operations Training.

Key Skills:

● Analyzing user data and identifying user needs.

● Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

● Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

● Applying design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems.

● Effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.

● Ability to identify and solve design problems

● Deep understanding of designing products with the user in mind.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with specific design tools or platforms relevant to the industry.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with analytics tools.
• Experience with 3D modeling or animation

Roles and Responsibilities:

○ Conducting user research to understand user needs and behaviors.

○ Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.

○ Designing user interfaces that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.

○ Collaborating with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility.

○ Conducting usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness.

○ Iterating on designs based on user feedback and data.

○ Maintaining design consistency across products and platforms.

○ Presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

○ Contributing to the product roadmap.

○ Staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies
