Job Description

We re Hiring: Product Designer (NYSE-Listed Company, Bengaluru) Experience Range: 4-6 years Work Mode: Hybrid Key Responsibilities 1. Deliver High-Quality Designs Craft and deliver exceptional design solutions that meet high standards. Conduct design reviews and present your work to stakeholders at various project stages. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support throughout the process. 2. Conduct User Research Assist in conducting and analyzing user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Apply a user-centered approach to every project. 3. Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and address challenging design problems with innovative solutions. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies. Foster a culture of growth by seeking and providing feedback. 4. Develop Design Systems and Documentation Work with cross-functional teams to build reusable components, patterns, and guidelines for the organization. Promote and maintain the design system through audits and refinements based on feedback and best practices. Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (startup or complex product experience is a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with Agile workflows and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
