","role":" Overview We are looking for a Product Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, beautiful, and user-first digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2C product experience , particularly with apps that have achieved traction in North America or global markets . Your primary focus will be designing mobile-first interfaces and seamless, multi-user journeys for parents, teachers, and administrators using our core EdTech platform. This is a high-impact opportunity for a designer who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and is excited to help scale a product that directly shapes the future of early education. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and iterate on beautiful, mobile-first user interfaces that prioritize clarity, usability, and accessibility. Craft seamless UX journeys that delight and empower large, diverse user groups. Support multi-user environments , ensuring each user type has a tailored and intuitive experience within the platform. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Learning Specialists to deliver end-to-end product experiences. Develop and contribute to a scalable design system that supports rapid product development while maintaining visual and functional consistency. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions. Translate insights and requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs. Advocate for high design standards and ensure accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across all screen sizes. Habit-forming, user-centric products with exceptional UX that encourages daily use, built around behavior science and delightful micro-interactions. Multi-stakeholder platforms supporting seamless interactions between educators, learners, and administrators ideally with responsive, cross-platform design. Consumer-grade digital experiences that are sticky, elegant, and emotionally resonant where design plays a key role in retention, calm, or flow. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 6-8 years of experience designing digital products, ideally with platforms used by large-scale user bases (tens or hundreds of thousands). Strong portfolio showcasing elegant and thoughtful design work across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards. Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key Qualifications Experience designing for multi-role platforms or enterprise-grade applications. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus. Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale. Work Environment Requirements Full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, India. Must be available for regular collaboration with North American teams (up to 30% time overlap with Mountain Standard Time). Comfortable working collaboratively with remote and local teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
