About OS1

OS1 is our technology platform that powers efficiency and scalability in logistics operations through in-house SaaS and API-based solutions. A key pillar of OS1 is TransportOne, our comprehensive TMS that streamlines sourcing, capacity planning, transport movement tracking, and billing for shippers across first mile, middle mile, and last mile.

What you will do:

• Conduct detailed user research for shippers and transporters, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Create personas and journey maps for end-to-end workflows, ensuring seamless experiences within and across our portfolio of products
• Lead UX design for TransportOne from ideation to polished prototypesensuring the solution is comprehensive yet not encumbered by complex visual forms
• Collaborate on defining new ecosystem products, aligning user experiences with OS1's larger vision of connectivity and global reach
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to refine the product roadmap, prioritize features, and validate designs
• Present design concepts effectively, integrate feedback, and iterate to deliver the highest impact for users
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that drives consistency, scales across various OS1 solutions, and accelerates new feature development
• Explore and implement GenAI-driven capabilitiessuch as conversational UIs, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted workflowsto enhance TransportOne and future OS1 products
• Define and track UX metrics, leveraging user feedback and analytics to inform updates and refinements
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to highlight new features and ensure user value is clearly communicated

What we are looking for:

• 2 to 7 years in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating complex product designs for diverse user groups.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise solutionsespecially TMS-related productsis highly valuable.
• Exposure to generative AI or conversational UIs is a plus.
• Ability to connect user-centric design decisions to broader strategic goals, particularly in high-growth, global markets.
• Proven track record of identifying and solving complex UX challenges at scale.
• Strong communication skills to align with cross-functional teams and advocate for design best practices.
• Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and responding quickly to feedbacks.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
