About the Role:

Product Designer

This position is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about solving problems through design and enjoys balancing user needs with business goals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors. Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Design Execution:

• Design intuitive interfaces and interaction patterns that are visually appealing and consistent with the product's goals and brand guidelines.

• Collaboration:

• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure feasibility and alignment on design decisions.

• Wireframing & Prototyping:

• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Validate design decisions through user testing and iteration.

• Information Architecture & UX Flows:

• Define user journeys, site maps, and UX flows to ensure that products are easy to navigate and meet user needs.

• Design Systems:

• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design language and components library that can scale across products and teams.

• Feedback & Iteration:

• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and users into design iterations. Be open to critique and proactive in offering solutions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum

  2 years of professional experience

  as a UX/Product Designer in a tech or digital product environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, problem-solving, and final visual outputs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as

  Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and others

  .
• Solid understanding of

  design principles, UX patterns, interaction design, and responsive design

  .
• Ability to interpret and use user research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present design rationale clearly.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) or close collaboration experience with engineering teams.
• Experience designing for web and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with UX trends and best practices.
