About The Role

We’re hiring a Product Designer to join a fast-paced team working on learner-focused digital tools. This is a full-time, 3-month contract role based on-site in Noida, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, product thinking, and a deep understanding of usability and visual clarity.You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to shape seamless, scalable experiences across both web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and consistent user experiences across new and existing product features
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI specifications
  • Maintain and contribute to the design system and reusable component libraries
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
  • Iterate based on feedback, research, and product goals
  • Advocate for accessibility and responsive design best practices

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design
  • Proficiency in Figma (bonus if familiar with tools like Notion, Webflow, Framer)
  • Experience in product-led teams or digital product environments
  • Clear understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and interaction design
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance speed with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in EdTech or B2C platforms
  • Familiarity with design systems, user testing, and prototyping workflows
  • Awareness of accessibility guidelines and responsive UI patterns
  • Comfort working in fast-moving teams with structured delivery timelines
