Who you are: A passionate individual who is excited about creating innovative packaging solutions to streamline the packaging and assembly of our bicycles Role & Responsibilities: Study existing packaging and assembly methods and identify pain points Study packaging standards and evaluate existing packaging against standards Suggest and design more streamlined methods for assembly and keep improving them Study environmental and cost impacts of packaging Propose cost-effective, efficient, and more sustainable packaging solutions Propose innovative packaging solutions for bicycles and accessories for a better user experience Design bicycle components from the perspective of ease of assembly and high functionality for users; Incorporate D-I-Y assembly strategies, especially for kids bikes Work on assembly-related content for instruction manuals for bicycles and accessories Job Qualifications: Industrial product design/Packaging design (M.Des or equivalent degree) Mechanical engineering/Production engineering (B.E. /B.Tech) - Preferred Experience: 0-2 years Should be able to share a portfolio of his/her projects Location This role will be based in our Ahmedabad office.
