About Certinal:

Certinal is an enterprise eSignature platform under Zycus, competing with DocuSign and Adobe Sign. We serve Fortune 500 customers across healthcare, automotive, financial services, and procurement sectors including Apollo Hospitals, Bumrungrad International Hospital, and Magna International. Our platform handles complex enterprise integrations with SSO, APIs, EMR/HIS systems, CRMs and ERP platforms. We maintain an 81 NPS score and are known for superior technical capabilities, flexible pricing, and exceptional customer support.

About the Role:

As a Design Intern, you will work closely with the Product Design and Product Management teams to create user-centric experiences that solve real customer problems. You will assist in UI/UX design tasks, user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and preparing design assets for development. You will also help maintain design consistency across the product through documentation and collaboration with engineering teams. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to learn how B2B SaaS products are designed, validated, and refined in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Support UI design tasks such as layout creation, visual design, and interaction design.
Participate in user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Maintain and update the design system, component library, and UI documentation.
Assist in organizing design files, versioning, and maintaining workflow consistency in Figma.
Work with the team to refine user journeys and enhance overall product usability.

Eligibility:

Final-year student or recent graduate (MFA, BFA, B.Tech, or equivalent).
Prior internship or coursework in designing preferred (not mandatory).

Duration & Benefits:

Internship duration: 3–6 months
Location: Hybrid / Remote (flexible)
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on profile)
Certificate and LOR on completion.
Opportunity for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Job Requirement

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Design Tools: Basic to intermediate knowledge of tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
UI/UX Fundamentals: Understanding layout, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Ability to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think analytically about user needs and translate them into design solutions.
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for consistency, alignment, and clean visual design.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Adaptability & Curiosity: Eagerness to learn, adapt to feedback, and explore new tools or design trends.
Basic Understanding of Front-End Concepts (optional but preferred): Awareness of how designs translate to HTML/CSS/React helps during handoff.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organized design files.
AI Adherence: Hands on AI Agentic Platforms and the ability to create a prototype with a basic understanding of code and folder structure.
