About the Role:
Were looking for a passionate and driven Product Associate to join our fast-growing gaming team. You will work closely with product managers, designers and developers to shape next-gen play-to-earn (P2E) experiences. If youre enthusiastic about crypto, gaming, and delivering innovative mobile/web products, wed love to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end product lifecycle: research, roadmap, design, development, and launchAnalyse user behaviour, market trends, and competitor P2E mechanics to shape product featuresCollaborate with design and engineering teams to ship high-quality features on timeCreate and maintain product documentation, user stories, and feature specsSupport data-driven decision-making using user analytics and KPIs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering (B. Tech/BE); MBA is a strong plus1-3 years of experience in product management, app design, or related fieldsFamiliarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, wallets, and crypto ecosystemsUnderstanding of mobile or web-based gaming UX/UI flowsStrong analytical and communication skillsComfortable using tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
