Product Demo Specialist – ERP & Software Solutions

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Product Demo Specialists . This role is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students with any IT-related background who are interested in building experience in client communication and software demonstration. Responsibilities: Conduct live product demonstrations of our ERP and software solutions to potential clients Understand client needs and align them with product features Assist the sales/technical team with pre-sales activities and client onboarding Collect feedback and relay it to the development team for improvements Maintain a strong understanding of our product features and updates Requirements: A degree (or final-year) in Computer Science, IT, or any technology-related discipline Good communication and presentation skills Basic understanding of ERP or software systems (training will be provided) Willingness to learn and interact with clients Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms Preferred Skills: Experience with Zoom/Google Meet/Teams for virtual presentations Familiarity with CRM or demo platforms (added advantage) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025
