Job Description

Liaise with product owners, business users, and COE members to identify, assess, and document business requirements for templates and support issues.
Set up templates optimally by leveraging product features and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders.
Navigate complex and nested JSON/XML structures effectively.
Apply understanding of credit, fee, client onboarding concepts, and private banking products.
Maintain a control-oriented approach and demonstrate risk and compliance awareness in content management.
Ensure content compliance with tagging and navigation standards for visually impaired users under the American Disability Act.
Conduct training and awareness sessions for new hires and provide refresher courses for staff.
Coordinate with compliance and control functions to support regulatory audits, requests, and initiatives.
Lead and manage Agile projects, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Utilize JIRA to track project progress, manage backlogs, and customize workflows to meet project requirements.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
