Position: Product Data Support Specialist Department:

Product Development Product Data Management (PDM) Language Requirement: English (professional proficiency); German (minimum B2 level, required for CAD documentation)

Purpose of the Role: The Product Data Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Product Development department, focusing on the maintenance, transfer, and documentation of product data within the PLM environment. The role ensures data accuracy, documentation consistency, and alignment between PLM, ERP, and related systems. By supporting daily PDM operations, the position contributes to efficient engineering workflows and standardized product data management across all product lines. Key Responsibilities: • Support the PDM team in daily operations within the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system. • Maintain, update, and transfer product and component data between PL M, ERP, and related databases. • Assist in preparing, uploading, and managing technical documentation (e.g. change descriptions) within PLM and shared repositories. • Create and manage CAD drawings, including metadata entry, document linking, and version tracking in the PLM system. • Ensure compliance with documentation standards, change control, and version management procedures. • Collaborate with engineers and document owners to resolve data inconsistencies, missing references, or documentation gaps. • Contribute to continuous improvement of PDM processes and data quality standards.
