Program/Product Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Program/Product Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating R&D and product development processes, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among teams, and driving the timely delivery of products as per the roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and oversee the R&D and product development processes.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and product managers to ensure alignment with goals and strategies. • Gather data from various sources upon request and assist product managers with research and testing data. • Coordinate with teams to implement new methods and processes, identifying and resolving pain points for continuous improvement. • Monitor the product roadmap and provide regular updates to product managers, highlighting challenges and deviations. • Implement structured approval processes for GoLive releases, encompassing IT and hardware aspects. • Ensure thorough in-house and on-field testing of R&D products. • Maintain records of product development processes, updates, and approvals. • Support product managers with feedback and data for product enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product coordination or related roles. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience in managing R&D processes and data analysis. • Familiarity with project management tools. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Exposure in product coordination of IOT devices/Electronics related field with knowledge in software project management tools
