Product Coordinator

Profile Overview: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Product Owner to take charge of our web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in project management who is ready to step up and take end-to-end ownership of core digital touchpoints. You will be the bridge between user needs, marketing insights, and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for the smooth functioning of the web platform and the iOS and Andriod mobile apps. Continuously collect, prioritize, and act on feedback from users and the marketing department. Work closely with designers and developers to deliver timely, high-quality updates. Proactively propose new features or enhancements that will add measurable value to the business or user experience. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate releases. Maintain clear documentation of platform changes and roadmaps. Monitor platform performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement. Manage third party integrations and analytics tools. Ideal Candidate: 2–4 years of experience in project management in a tech environment Strong understanding of web and mobile app technologies and user experience principles. B-tech/ Diploma in Computer Science. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,659.79 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
