Job Description

Strong written communication is essential. Candidates must be comfortable drafting minutes of meetings, SOPs, requirement documents, and contributing to online documentation.
Hands-On with Inhouse products
Quick learners who can learn the product with in 2 months of time and do basic Automations and Forms creations
Client Interaction & Training Opportunities candidates may be involved in client trainings and webinars. Strong interpersonal skills and clarity in communication will be valued. Testing Involvement Coordinators are expected to test inhouse products , write detailed test cases, and at senior levels, review the test cases of junior team members.
Project & Task Ownership
Daily task tracking, requirement gathering, workflow diagramming, and module ownership are key expectations. Familiarity with tools like MS Office and Azure DevOps is advantage .
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinators work with Product Managers, developers, testers, and training teams. Team coordination, proactive follow-ups, and process thinking are crucial.
Platform Understanding & Documentation Standards
Candidates should quickly learn platform architecture, document templates, and contribute to the structured documentation of features, use cases, and FAQs.
