Your primary focus will be on content creation, analytics, and customer interaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create video tutorials, guides, and articles using AI tools - Write blog posts and case studies highlighting customer success - Develop visual content with AI design tools - Assist in creating onboarding materials and quick-start guides - Learn to use AI for video editing and content optimization - Track product adoption and user behavior using PostHog - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends - Present insights to the team with improvement recommendations - Support customer onboarding sessions and product demos - Respond to customer questions and create FAQ content - Engage with customers through various channels and gather testimonials **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication skills in English - Comfort with AI tools for content creation and editing - Quick learner with an analytical mindset - Genuine interest in helping users succeed - Basic understanding of SaaS products and cloud platforms - Familiarity with social media and online community platforms - Willingness to learn analytics tools - Experience with AI tools, marketing, or related fields is a plus Bynry Inc. offers a structured onboarding process, mentorship, and exposure to the utility industry.
