Product / Brand Managers Marketing (Respiratory & Anti-Infective/Acute Therapies)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans on both annual and long-term basis. Your role will involve conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and portfolio gaps. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Additionally, you will conceptualize and implement promotional campaigns across digital platforms and in-clinic settings. Organizing CMEs, conferences, and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) will also be part of your responsibilities. Managing product lifecycle, including positioning, pricing, and packaging, and tracking performance metrics to provide valuable business insights to the leadership team are crucial aspects of this role. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and promotional standards is also a key responsibility. Qualifications Required: - MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy (preferred) - Product Manager: Minimum 3 years of Brand/Product Management experience in the Pharma industry - Group Product Manager: Minimum 6 years of Brand/Product Management experience in the Pharma industry - Strong expertise in Respiratory and Anti-Infective / Acute Care therapy areas - Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset with proven campaign execution experience - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on leading brands in high-impact therapy areas.
