As a Product Associate in Chase Auto Finance, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities

Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Prior technical knowledge of coding languages (Cobol, Java, etc.) and expertise in the functionality present and its usage in the systems/application/platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion and drive business impact.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working with technology and design teams to shape features according to user needs.
Deep understanding of the Why behind product decisions and the ability to articulate this to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise requirements, epics, and user stories.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques, with a developing knowledge of data literacy.
Understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the Auto Finance lending domain, is a plus.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a track record of implementing new ideas and solutions.
Experience in Prompt Engineering and understanding of Gen AI.
