About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and planning for automation projects.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, and design teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project and product documentation, including specifications and test reports.
• Conduct product testing, identify issues, and work with the technical team for resolution.
• Support product implementation and provide on-site/off-site assistance during deployment.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
• Track product performance metrics and help define new features or automation opportunities.
• Stay updated on industrial automation trends and technologies.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of Factory Automation concepts (PLCs, sensors, industrial communication, data acquisition, etc.).
• Experience working with hardware/software integration projects is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools (like Jira or Trello).
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field).
• Additional knowledge of IoT systems, automation protocols, or embedded systems is an advantage.
