Product Architect - L1

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating exceptional product architectural designs for both existing and new products. Your role will involve developing architectural designs, defining product requirements, conducting impact analyses, providing solutioning for RFPs, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring optimal client engagement. Additionally, you will be required to provide technical leadership, analyze technology environments, and maintain product roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural designs for new and existing products - Define product requirements based on the product vision and business requirements - Create product-wide architectural designs for scalability, reliability, and compatibility - Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate product feasibility - Analyze technology trends and propose core technology strategies - Provide solutioning for RFPs and ensure overall product design assurance - Collaborate with sales, development, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions - Identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and provide relevant solutions - Support delivery teams during product deployment and resolve complex issues - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor - Develop technical, business process, and support metrics to drive results - Identify risks and prepare risk mitigation plans for the product - Ensure quality assurance of all architectural decisions and provide technical support - Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise frameworks - Develop Proof of Concepts, case studies, and demos for new growth areas - Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects for career development - Contribute to the architecture practice through selection interviews and competency building Qualifications Required: - Completion of necessary trainings and certifications - Strong technical capability and thought leadership in front of clients - Ability to develop and present Wipro's point of view on product design - Market referencability and recognition through analyst rankings, client testimonials, and partner credits - Leadership skills in team management, resourcing, talent management, and performance management - Drive diversity in leadership positions and employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives Additional Details: Wipro is focused on building innovative solutions to address clients" complex digital transformation needs.
