Description
The role you will be taking on is to create exceptional product architectural designs for both existing and new products, with the goal of enabling delivery teams to provide outstanding client engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing architectural designs, defining product requirements based on a thorough understanding of business needs and product vision, and creating product-wide architectural designs that ensure scalability, reliability, and compatibility with various deployment options. You will be expected to analyze technology trends, propose core technology strategies, and provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of custom solutions. Collaborating with various teams such as sales, development, and consulting, you will work towards reconciling solutions to architecture and ensuring overall product design assurance aligns with business needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery team during product deployment, developing product validation and performance testing plans, and identifying and mitigating implementation risks. By maintaining the product roadmap and providing timely inputs for product upgrades, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the product. Furthermore, your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, developing relevant technical and business process metrics, and ensuring quality assurance of all architectural decisions. You will also play a crucial part in client engagement, supporting pre-sales activities, negotiating with client teams, and demonstrating thought leadership to win client confidence. In terms of competency building and branding, you will be expected to complete necessary trainings and certifications, develop proof of concepts for new growth areas, and contribute to Wipro's thought leadership through various channels. Team management will also be a key aspect of your role, involving resourcing, talent management, performance management, and employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives. Your performance will be measured based on various parameters such as product design and development metrics, capability development, and team management effectiveness. The mandatory skill required for this role is Performance Test Engineering, and the desired experience is 8-10 years.
