Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide product feedback, market insights, and support during product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and technical expertise of ventilator systems, their application, and use across clinical environments.
  • Assist healthcare providers with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of ventilator systems. Offer guidance in patient ventilation settings based on clinical needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, user training sessions, and workshops for healthcare professionals to ensure optimal utilization of ventilators and related equipment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical queries related to ventilator systems. Diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical care.
  • Guide users in customizing ventilator settings and functions according to specific clinical requirements.
  • Maintain records of training sessions, client interactions, and technical issues. Prepare and submit regular reports on activities, outcomes, and potential areas of improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ventilator technology and clinical best practices and updated knowledge of current medical regulations and standards related to ventilators and respiratory care.
  • Willingness to travel to various healthcare facilities for training and support.

  • Flexibility in hours may be required to accommodate client needs or emergencies.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Preferred age within 35.
  • Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
  • Certification in respiratory therapy in critical care settings is highly desirable.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience particularly in respiratory care or with ventilator equipment (technical demonstration)

  • Hands-on experience with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of ventilator systems is a strong advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of ventilator functions, settings, and applications in clinical practice.
  • Familiarity with specific ventilator models and manufacturers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical, real-world solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to train and support medical professionals in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
