Role Overview As our Performance Creative Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video and graphic creatives that drive performance on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. This is a hands-on creative role where you'll work with UGC footage, brand assets, and raw video to create engaging ad content. Key Responsibilities 1. Video Editing & Ad Creative Production - Edit engaging short-form videos for Meta ads and other social platforms. - Incorporate hooks, captions, and text overlays to maximize attention and conversions. - Work with UGC content, product shoots, and brand videos. 2. Graphic & Visual Design - Design static and animated ad creatives aligned with Gutbasket's brand style. - Select fonts, colors, and layouts to maintain consistency and aesthetic appeal. - Create thumbnails, packaging visuals, and other brand materials as needed. 3. Creative Strategy Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to develop ad concepts and storyboards. - Apply social media trends to creative execution while keeping them on-brand. - Optimize creatives based on performance feedback. What We're Looking For - 1-3 years of experience in video editing & graphic design, preferably in D2C/e-commerce. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. - Proficiency in Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci Resolve and design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. - Experience creating ad creatives for Meta or other paid social platforms. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times. Bonus Points If You Have - Skills in After Effects or motion graphics. - Experience with stop-motion, product animation, or cinemagraphs. - Knowledge of e-commerce creative testing and performance analytics.,

Utilizing your skills in 3D modeling, texturing, mapping, and other techniques, you will be creating graphics, visual effects, and animations. It is essential for you to be proficient in using various 3D software such as Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, and After Effects. We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual who is eager to learn new tools and technologies. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. Your role will involve creating product animations, explainer videos, installation videos, and industrial animations. Additionally, you will be responsible for modeling and texturing, as well as creating 3D assets using both organic and inorganic modeling techniques. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of different styles of art for 3D motion graphics video creation, including low poly style, isometric style, triangulated poly style, toonish style, and abstract style. You will also be required to create storyboards to visualize scenes and establish realistic environments for movies, games, and other visual effects.
