3D Animator / Rigging Artist

We are seeking a skilled 3D Animator with strong rigging and simulation experience to join our dynamic creative team. In this role you will be responsible for bringing characters, objects, and environments to life through high quality animation and realistic simulations for advertising, gaming, or other interactive media.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of 3D animation principles, including rigging, keyframing, and motion capture, as well as proficiency with simulation software for elements such as cloth, hair, and particles. You will collaborate closely with 3D modelling artists, 2D animators and developers to create visually engaging and technically precise animated sequences and simulations.

NOTE:

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality 3D animations for Characters, Products, and environments across all creatives.
• Create and implement dynamic simulations for cloth, hair, particles, and other secondary motion effects to enhance realism and visual appeal.
• Collaborate closely with 3D Modelling artists , and developers to ensure seamless integration of assets into the animation pipeline.
• Optimize rigs for performance and compatibility within real-time engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) or rendering pipelines.
• Participate in review and feedback sessions, iterating to maintain quality, style consistency, and project goals.
• Maintain organized animation files and contribute to establishing best practices and workflow documentation.
• Keep up with emerging animation technologies, plugins, and simulation tools to bring innovation and efficiency to production.
• Render still images and animation sequences as per project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (typically

  25 years

  ) as a

  3D Animator

  in games, film, or digital media production.
• Strong proficiency in

  3D animation software

  such as

  Blender(preferred),

  Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with

  simulation systems

  for

  cloth, hair, fluids, smoke, and particles

  (e.g., nCloth, XGen, Bifrost, Houdini, or Niagara).
• Solid understanding of

  animation principles, character mechanics, and body motion

  .
• Ability to work with

  rigs, constraints, and blend shapes

  , and to collaborate effectively with rigging and technical teams.
• Knowledge of

  rendering workflows and scene optimization

  for both pre-rendered and real-time applications.
• A strong

  portfolio or demo reel

  demonstrating diverse 3D animation and simulation work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and contribute creative input.
• Attention to detail and strong
