We currently operate three smart retail stores in the UK, including a state-of-the-art glazing lab in Bury, Manchester. We are currently looking for a 3D Designer to join our team at our IT headquarters in India. Job Brief - As a 3D Generalist at Specscart, you will play a crucial role in bringing our creative visions to life. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality 3D visuals that align with our brand identity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help create immersive and engaging experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and produce 3D videos, textures, and animations for various projects, ensuring high-quality visual output. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions. Create and Conceptualise 3D Visuals for Social media, Website, Paid Ads and Store Tv Ads. Contribute in the creation of the Marketing calendar & work for the new collection. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and software tools to maintain a competitive edge in design quality. Revise designs based on feedback from team members ensuring alignment with project objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a 3D Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar. Solid understanding of rendering techniques, lighting, and texturing. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent attention to detail and a passion for design. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience in animation or motion graphics. Knowledge of virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) design principles. Familiarity with user experience (UX) design concepts.
