Product and Strategy Executive (Salary upto 5 LPA)

Department: Product & StrategyJob Type: On-site, Full-timeEligibility: Graduates from any disciplineThis is a non-technical, business-focused role ideal for smart, driven graduateswith a keen interest in strategy, outreach, and business growth. Successfulcandidates will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role insupporting the company’s growth and partnership efforts.

Compensation & Employment Conditions

Training Period: 3 months

During Training: Upto ₹20,000 per month.

Post-Training Compensation: Based on performance, successful candidateswill be offered a

CTC ranging from ₹2.5 LPA to ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Conduct strategic research on companies and key decision-makers usingtools like LinkedIn and AI-driven platforms.Initiate professional outreach via email, WhatsApp, and phone to schedulemeetings with potential clients and partners.Collaborate closely with the Growth Leadership team to execute businessdevelopment initiatives.
