Product and Brand Marketing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product and Brand Marketing Manager located in Hyderabad. The Product and Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing product launches, conducting market research, and maintaining brand consistency for a fast growing company. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales teams, analysing market trends, managing social media campaigns, and ensuring product marketing materials are up-to-date and effective.

A deep understanding of consumer behaviour, product positioning, understanding of the building material industry and working knowledge of marketing across different channels offline and online is required. Prior experience working in the building materials industry or with products is desirable.

• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Product Launches, and Market Research
• Experience in Brand Management and Brand Consistency for a fast growing company
• Proficiency in Social Media Management and Campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyse market trends and consumer insights particularly in the Building Materials Industry.
• Skilled in coordinating with sales teams and managing marketing materials
• Previous experience in product and brand management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A minimum of 8-10 years experience in similar roles
