Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at our company located in Sector 48, Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in leveraging the power of data to enhance businesses and create exceptional user experiences. Collaborating with product managers, marketing teams, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of products for our customers, employees, and partners by utilizing data-driven insights. To excel in this role, you should possess strong data mining skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel. Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, as well as experience in analyzing clickstream/hit-level data, will be beneficial. A foundational understanding of statistics, encompassing hypothesis testing and frequentist/Bayesian statistics, is essential. Your ability to derive actionable insights and hypotheses from data to drive business outcomes is critical. Effective collaboration, relationship-building, and communication with stakeholders are key components of this role. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in analytics, including expertise in hypothesis testing/statistics and product or digital analytics. Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques like statistical models, machine learning, Markov chains, and market basket analysis would be advantageous. Moreover, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or economics from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges is preferred.
