Product Analyst (Experimentation & Growth)

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst who will play a key role in helping us make data-driven product decisions. Youll run experiments in GrowthBook, measure the success and failure of features, and deliver insights that guide product and growth strategy. This is a hands-on role suited for someone early in their career who is excited about combining analytics, experimentation, and product thinking.

What You’ll Do

• Run Experiments:
• Set up, monitor, and analyze A/B tests and rollouts using GrowthBook.
• Ensure tests are designed correctly with clear success metrics and guardrails.
• Experience with feature flagging and experimentation workflows.
• Measure Product Success:
• Define and track feature success metrics (adoption, activation, retention, engagement, monetization).
• Analyze post-launch performance to determine if a feature met its goals.
• Deep-Dive Analytics:
• Perform funnel, retention, and segmentation analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for product managers and leadership.
• Enable the Team:
• Build dashboards and reports in Looker/Metabase/Tableau to make product metrics accessible.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to embed data into decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in product/growth analytics at a SaaS, consumer tech, or e-commerce company.
• Strong SQL skills, with ability to query and analyze large datasets.
• Comfort with Python or R for deeper analysis or statistical validation.
• Hands-on experience running experiments in GrowthBook (or similar platforms like Optimizely, Amplitude Experiment, Google Optimize).
• Strong understanding of A/B testing fundamentals: control/treatment setup, significance testing, guardrail metrics.
• Exposure to product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Heap, etc.).
• Clear communicator who can explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
