Job Description

Product Analyst to support product development efforts by translating high-level business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product Owner to break down strategic product goals into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
Work directly with development teams to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure technical feasibility.
Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and technical deep dives to gather low-level details and edge cases.
Create and manage documentation in tools such as Confluence and Jira to support sprint planning and execution.
Analyze user feedback, bug reports, and usage data to refine requirements and improve product quality.
Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support continuous delivery.
Ensure traceability between business objectives and technical implementation through clear documentation and communication.
Support the Product Owner in roadmap planning by providing insights into development capacity and technical constraints.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience i
n product analysis, business analysis, or a related technical role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience in software development or systems engineering environments.
Familiarity with REST APIs, data modeling, and technical architecture concepts.
Exposure to enterprise platforms and cloud technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
