As a Customer Service representative in Vadodara with at least 1 year of experience in Telecalling, your primary responsibility will involve interacting with customers over the phone to address their queries and provide assistance. It is essential for you to have fluency in both Hindi and Gujarati to effectively communicate with customers in these languages. This full-time position requires you to work during the day shift from 10 AM to 7 PM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with customers over the phone to address their inquiries and provide relevant information. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to effectively resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum qualification of HSC passed. - Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati languages. - Prior experience in Telecalling or Customer Service is preferred.
