As a Producer at Electronic Arts, you will be part of the EA Mobile - Slingshot Games team in Hyderabad, India. You will manage the entire lifecycle of the game from concept to launch, including post-launch Live Services. It is essential to stay informed about game market trends, patterns, and customer requirements, and effectively communicate with self-organizing teams to achieve outstanding results. Additionally, your role involves bringing innovative ideas to enhance organization, production, and the future of interactive entertainment. Key Responsibilities: - Champion the game's vision while respecting creative direction and business expertise. - Provide clear context to the team regarding features, marketplace alignment, and fan satisfaction. - Help prioritize high business value features and establish quality targets. - Advocate for players" needs and expectations, providing actionable insights to the team. - Promote the game's value internally within EA and externally with industry stakeholders. - Mentor junior producers, assist in problem-solving, and foster skill development. - Support Studio leadership in talent development, decision-making, and creating a motivating work environment. Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience as a Producer in the video game industry managing internal teams. - Ability to assess product feasibility and market demand, particularly in Mobile and Freemium models. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level engagements. - Proven track record in developing high-profile entertainment and software products. - Familiarity with software/game market trends, platforms, and experience in Agile environments. - Technical background is advantageous.
