Job Description

Role Overview: As a Consultant/Analyst in the Sourcing and Procurement team at Accenture's Capability Network (CN), you will be part of a diverse consulting team responsible for delivering sourcing and procurement engagements for clients across various industries. Your role involves understanding the client's business, priorities, and leadership agenda, co-creating transformation strategies, building networks, leading and delivering sourcing projects, coaching team members, driving sales and profitability, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge points of view and articles to enhance Accenture's market equity. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the client's business, priorities, and leadership agenda to drive transformation and innovation. - Co-create with the client and drive the innovation agenda while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with the client's C-suite. - Lead and deliver sourcing and procurement transformation projects, including strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, and procurement transformation. - Coach team members on various activities such as process assessment, technology evaluation, opportunity identification, and implementation of recommendations. - Drive sales, revenue, and profitability for the practice by originating deals and driving innovative deal solutions. - Develop cutting-edge points of view and articles to enhance Accenture's market equity. Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier-1 B Schools and BE/BTech from Tier-1 engineering institutes - Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Manager in a top-tier consulting firm or in a Sourcing and Procurement Function in industries like Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Hi-Tech, E-Commerce, Automotive, Oil & Gas. - Demonstrated experience in leading sourcing and procurement projects, including strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, and procurement transformation. - Knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement technologies such as Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer, etc. (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
