Procurement Specialist

Role Overview: As a Procurement Officer, your primary responsibility will involve comparing prices amongst various vendors to make informed purchasing decisions. You will need to work within a specified budget to procure goods and services for the organization. It will be crucial for you to ensure the timely delivery and satisfactory quality of the goods received. Additionally, negotiating with contractors on pricing, mode of shipping, and delivery time will be part of your role. Maintaining inventory levels by ordering goods regularly, especially office supplies, will also be essential.
