Procurement (Purchase) Coordinator

We're Hiring: Procurement Manager – Purchase Department
Location: Chandigarhh
Experience: 2–3 years (Mandatory in Procurement/Purchase)
Preferred Industry Background: Steel or Lighting Industries

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and procure materials like metals, alloys, fabrication materials & equipment
• Ensure all purchases meet technical & quality specifications
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships
• Issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements
• Get competitive quotations and perform cost analysis
• Follow up on Proforma Invoices (PIs) and documentation
• Negotiate with vendors and finalize procurement contracts
• Liaise with engineering, finance, logistics, and operations teams
• Monitor purchase orders based on indents
• Maintain procurement records and contracts
• Focus on timely delivery and cost-effective practices
• Stay updated with market trends and materials in metallurgy
