What would you do? The Value Capture Lead works as trusted client advisor to meet value targets and capturing savings on-time and will coordinate, manage, and lead the value initiatives by maintaining a robust pipeline of projects savings and resourcing and provide insights that drive forward looking decision making.The Value Capture Lead closely works with our client/s, Client Account Team/s, and Procurement Category Managers to provide visibility to savings initiatives and enabling to prioritize work and resource teams during execution to meet savings value targets.Develop category strategy by driving down the total cost of targets goods/services with solution that meet business needs through proactive development and execution of the appropriate strategies.

Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data skillsAbility to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysisExtensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyse business problems, statistical analysis, and financial modellingVery strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiativeExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsSet yourself apart:Proven experience in interacting with key client executive and building trusted relationships across the organizationExperience in a matrix organization dealing with multiple service lines, managers/approvers, and knowledge of shared services operating modelsAbility to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentBachelor s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or consultingStrong Excel skills, with experience working with large data setsDemonstrated ability to manipulate, analyse, and interpret complex financial dataKnowledge of finance and accounting principles and practicesExcellent MS PowerPoint and reporting visualization skillsExperience in procurement and compliance is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: Drive savings value program:link savings to target, ensure goals are consistent with strategy and program savings target are metConduct financial data analysis, utilizing advanced Excel skills to process and manipulate large data sets.Utilize data analytics to identify trends and develop recommendations for process improvements.Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, communicating complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and best practices related to financial data analysis, procurement, and accounting.Work independently to construct financial models to forecast business performance, coach others on model developmentEstablish the metrics required to measure business savings performance, and develop the process for identifying and addressing performance gapFocus on measurement, accountability, and effective management of the value capture program by owning tracking mechanism and reporting; track value creation by initiative and develop value capture plansMaintain overall value capture reporting and own changes/adjustments and sign offs, monitor and review pipeline and progress against goals and targetsWork closely with the Procurement Category teams to align feasibility and progress of value initiativesLead savings council governance:capture adjustments to value initiatives, consolidate submissions and changes in baselines and savings sign off on-timeScreen projects against ‘Quick Win’ parameters to identify initiatives capable on quickly creating positive momentum and early savings
