What would you do Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.Facilitates a non-contract purchase request which exceeds a pre-defined value threshold in order to achieve optimal pricing and value that meets a customer#s specifications and/or requirements.

What are we looking for Requisition Processing:Pre-qualify request by determining quality and completeness of purchase request (PR) based on defined set of rules for complex requestsIdentify and source potential suppliers based on the requirements provided by Client.Obtain and analyze quote/pricing from preferred or contracted supplier and submit for approvalNegotiate with the suppliers to obtain savings on high value requisitionsBuild Maintain effective supplier relationships to get timely quotations, obtain savings / discountsVerify all required approvers are included in submission of requisition Create Purchase Orders (PO), PO amendments / deletions based on requestsAttempt to resolve outstanding receipt-related issues / open order expeditingHandling queries regarding Invoice / PO MismatchAddressing the Helpdesk queries regarding PR to PO / PO amendments in a timely mannerTo be accountable for maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture-Client(s) relationship and to deliver continuous improvement Receive proposals from individual suppliers for goods or services.Verify requisition is accurate and contains updated requirements and information per agreement.Validate approvers and add new approvers if required.Conduct Purchase Requisition quality check:For complex PR / complex categories check PR information against given templates to determine completeness and compliance of PR (PR and template in local language)Meet savings target defined under Spot Buy projectsSupport in other Accenture Operations areas :Operational Excellence, Maintaining Dashboards, ReportingMaintain Client Data Protection standardsQuick learning full usage of project specific tools and templates
