Job Description

As a Procurement Operations Specialist at Accenture, you will be an integral part of the Procurement management team, responsible for utilizing a systematic approach to procure all goods and services necessary for the company's sustainability. Your role will involve various tasks including identifying needs, sourcing and qualifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing deliveries, and analyzing outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contract management - Negotiation - Strategic sourcing including RFX and Auctions - Indirect sourcing focusing on professional services and other areas such as Daycare (Creche) support, Mental wellness and well-being, counseling, Employee assistance, Caregiving platforms, I&D programs, etc. - Proficient in working with tools and platforms like ARiba, SAP, Jagger, etc. - Familiarity with the PRPO process - Vendor onboarding, vendor due diligence, vendor performance management, etc. - Utilize analytical skills and demonstrate good working knowledge of MS Office **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field - 8-12 years of relevant experience In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, you will be expected to possess the following qualities and skills: - Ability to influence stakeholders, peer groups, and establish strong relationships within teams - Knowledge of Procurement policies, processes, and tools - Strong contract management abilities - Proficiency in data and analytics - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Commitment to delivering quality results - Meticulous attention to detail - Capability to work autonomously - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and MS PowerPoint Accenture, a global professional services company, is at the forefront of digital, cloud, and security solutions.
