Roles & Responsibilities

Managing vendor negotiations, creation of Rate contracts, achieving price targets and maintaining standard price structure for general and repetitive items.
Floating enquiries to vendor and preparation of commercial evaluation sheet in order to negotiate finalize and place an order to technically & commercially suitable L1 vendor.
Managing vendor relationship. Active coordination with the vendors for cost effectives Supply of quality material within specific time period.
Regular interaction with the internal end users, stores, finance and commercial dept. to get invoices accounted on time and releasing of payments timely.
Single point contact for any clarification related to assigned category.
