Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best terms, pricing, quality, and timelines.
  • Establish long-term relationships with reliable suppliers and service providers.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and services.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Production, Finance, R&D) to support business requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports on procurement metrics, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
  • Lead and mentor a procurement team to achieve department objectives.
