Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Handling and tracking of the complete O2C process
Processing Orders as per guidelines and best of understanding of the requirements
Managing Negotiations & Purchase Order
Reviewing QA-QC
Managing and Coordination with Team for timely actions
Coordination with Customers and Vendors
Ensuring timely payments from Customers

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent English Communication
Experience in handling international manufacturers, vendors & Customers
Experience with Mechanical and/or Electrical equipment preferred
Knowledge of Logistics, INCO Terms, Expediting, Documentations
Excellent Team Handling & coordination
Ability to use own initiative
IT Skills - Google Sheet & Docs, MS Excel & Word
