Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and systems for raw materials.
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors (domestic & international) for diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
* Monitor and forecast raw material demand based on production plans.
* Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and ethical sourcing standards.
* Manage vendor relationships, resolve disputes, and conduct periodic performance reviews.
* Approve purchase orders, contracts, and high-value procurements.
* Coordinate with Accounts & Finance for vendor payments and credit terms.
* Work with Quality & Production to ensure raw materials meet standards.
* Optimize procurement cost without compromising quality.
* Prepare procurement MIS reports, budget forecasts, and spend analysis.
* Guide & supervise Purchase Coordinators and MIS Executives.
