Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet the organizations operational needs.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure the best value.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, consumables, and services required for operations.
Manage purchase orders, follow-up for deliveries, and resolve supplier issues.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and accounts for stock planning.
Maintain procurement records and ensure transparency and compliance in processes.
Work closely with departments such as finance, operations, and logistics to align procurement with business goals.
Track market trends, price fluctuations, and supply risks to ensure business continuity.
Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
