Description
Procurement professional who can oversee the purchasing of goods and services of the company. Primary point of contact between supplier and business. Responsible for the procurement of product and services for use in the business and ensure the quality and efficiency of the procurement process. Involves in researching, negotiating and managing supplier contracts. Develops and implements buying strategies, that align with the company budget and needs. Proven experience in managing the facility procurement, managing of AMC contracts for all the assets. Strong project management and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently Excellent problem solving capabilities and customer-service mindset Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity Strong Data orientation and analytical ability Roles and Responsibilities- Primarily taking care of FMG (Facility management) including integrated Facility Management System (IFMS), Global Security Group related procurement and ICG (Infrastructural Creation Group) related procurements- of packages of various nature (including MEP- HVAC, Electrical, PHE, STP. WTP, etc. and General Contracting, Nominated Sub contractor deployment), engaging consultants, Project Management consultant, Architect with proper evaluation for various projects. End to end procurement of said categories, supplier management, spend analysis, process improvement, initiating and implementing Automation. Handling contract/catalogue management- implementation, maintenance of contract. Adherence to global procurement policy. Strong understanding and experience of MIS and analytical tools (excel, Power BI, etc.). Need to have prior working experience in Ariba/ SAP ECC/SAP S4 Hanna. Understanding category areas and engage with internal/external stakeholders to meet priorities and requirement. Skills and Qualifications Qualification-Exp- minimum 6-8 years. Educational qualification B.E./ B. Tech. (Mechanical/Electrical/Others), Management degree from any institute of repute would be an addition advantage. Need to have excellent interpersonal skill, good written and verbal communication. Positive attitude with strategic mindset.
