Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Own complete procurement lifecycle for electronics, molded plastics, machined parts, electro-mechanical assemblies, and special processes like zinc plating, powder coating, and heat treatment. Ensure material availability through MRP-based planning; collaborate with engineering and NPI teams for PPAP/FAI approvals and BOM readiness. Maintain supplier compliance with ISO/QMS; drive cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives. Lead performance reviews, QBRs, and supplier risk mitigation activities. Mentor and guide a small procurement and production team. Liaise with cross-functional teams (Planning, Finance, Engineering) to achieve business KPIs. Maintain DWM records and ensure SAP-based procurement process adherence. Requirements: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially electro-mechanical/electronic parts and fabrication. Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems. Experience in vendor development, negotiation, and performance management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
