Were hiring: Procurement Manager Civil Finishes & Work Contracts (Hyderabad -NANAKRAMGUDA Head Office)
Looking for an experienced procurement professional to lead endtoend sourcing and work contracts for civil finishes and interior packages across our infrastructure projects. You will own category strategies, RFQs/tenders, technocommercial evaluations, vendor development, and contract management to ensure materials and services are delivered on time, in full, and within budget. What you’ll do:Drive procurement and work contracts for tiles, stone, faades, joinery, paints, ceilings, and interior finishes.Lead RFQs/tenders, negotiations, and contract finalisation with vendors and contractors.Coordinate with Projects, Planning, QS, Contracts, Finance, and Site teams to meet execution milestones.Track PR–PO–GRN, OTIF, costs vs budgets, and drive value engineering for civil finishes. What we’re looking for:B.E./B. Tech in Civil or MBA (Materials); 8–12 years in procurement/contracts for infrastructure or large building projects.Strong exposure to civil finishes and interior work packages, contract management, and vendor development.Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
