Job Description

As part of the ePlane supply chain team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, your role will involve aiding in the procurement workflow to ensure faster execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing RFPs and issuing RFQs. - Conducting vendor selection and evaluation. - Managing order management by preparing and handling purchasing orders. - Launching and following up on actions related to recurrent supplier inputs and processing urgent requests. - Managing various supplier information and pricing data in ERP and other Procurement tools. - Resolving supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors. - Tracking potential suppliers and procurement activities. - Processing and administering contractual documents such as non-disclosure agreements and contracts. - Managing supplier quality approval to ensure compliance with required certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders. In terms of technical skills, the following are requirements for this role: - Proficiency in MS Office. - Knowledge of ERP systems is a must. - Business fluent in English. - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. - Capability to work independently and self-motivated. Preferred qualifications for this position include: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - 0 to 3 years of experience in Procurement & Supply chain. This role is based in Thaiyur, Chennai, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of the supply chain process.,
