Procurement Executive

You will be responsible for managing the procurement of hardware and office supplies in our team. Your main focus will be to ensure the acquisition of quality products at the most competitive prices. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to identify the best deals in the market. Your duties will include identifying and building relationships with dependable vendors and suppliers for hardware and office supplies. You will oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating to purchasing and ensuring prompt delivery of goods. Evaluating vendor proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and preparing purchase orders in compliance with company guidelines will also be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring inventory levels to maintain optimal supply levels without excess stock, staying updated on market trends, pricing, and product availability, and keeping detailed records of procurement activities are essential tasks for this role. Additionally, you will be expected to provide reports on procurement metrics and cost savings. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance.
